Monitors/Volunteers                Have some extra time?   Be a Classroom Monitor!

We may need extra help during our Regional Convention. If you would like to lend a hand, click on the link below. There are many areas in addition to the classroom monitors where your help will be very welcome. Please remember you must be a registered attendee to be a classroom monitor.

"If" you've registered for our Regional Convention and have seen classes that interest you, but you are uncertain of the medium or the skill level of the class, think about helping the teacher during class. Teachers are in need of someone to help set up their classroom, check in students, pass out supplies, and clean up the room after class. It is a great way to meet and observe wonderful teachers as well as other painters from all over. Give several choices as your first choice may already have someone assigned. Return the form as soon as possible — remember, first-come-first serve on Classroom Monitor assignments. A confirmation of your Classroom Monitor assignment(s) will be mailed to you. You will be contacted prior to the Regional Convention and the Classroom Monitor duties will be reviewed with you. It is a wonderful opportunity and is great fun!
