Northwest Toleliners' 2008 Regional Convention

Enter the Art Show

All registered attendees may enter the Art Show. This is where you have the opportunity to submit and display your work — and possibly win a prize! The theme is open and more than one entry per person may be submitted. There are three categories:

1.Published/Certified Professionals (Teachers, CDA's, MDA's, TDP's)

2.Unpublished/Non-Certified Professionals (Teachers, Previous Northwest Toleliners' Convention Hobbyist 1^st Place Winner and Best of Show Winner)

3.Hobbyist (One who paints purely for "enjoyment" — not as an occupation.)

Winners will be chosen by a vote of the Exhibition Hall attendees and announced at the Painter's Choice Dinner. Monetary and other prizes will be awarded for 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd places for all categories. There will also be a prize for Best of Show.

To participate:

• Please complete the Entry Label and attach it to your entry. Duplicate the form as necessary. Complete the Claim Form and bring it with your entry to the Exhibition Hall when you drop off your piece.

• All signatures on your pieces must be covered.

• Entries must be brought to the Exhibition Hall by 12:00 Noon on Friday, September 19^th.

• Voting ends Saturday, September 20^th at 2:00 p.m.

• If your piece is to be hung, please have a hanger attached.

• If your piece needs an easel to be displayed, please provide the easel and label it

"RETURN TO: _________________________."

• Your entry must be picked up from the Exhibition Floor between 10 a.m. and 12 Noon on Sunday, September 21^st. If your piece is not picked up by the end of the convention, it will be returned COD to you, the entrant. Northwest Toleliners will not be responsible for damage during shipment.
